1. Our Collaborative Approach

  • At BuyUgandaCoffee.com, we recognise that every coffee shipment and every customer’s needs are unique. Therefore:

  • Case-by-Case Basis: We treat every order and agreement as a unique contract. We do not believe in "one size fits all" terms.

  • Open Dialogue: We encourage all our partners to reach out and discuss specific needs regarding shipping, packaging, and payment. We are committed to finding a middle ground that ensures a fair deal for both the buyer and the farmers in Uganda.

2. Information & Accuracy

  • We strive to provide the most accurate descriptions of our coffee lots, cupping profiles, and origin stories. However, because coffee is a seasonal agricultural product, small variations can occur. We are always available to provide fresh samples or updated data sheets to ensure you are confident in your selection.

3. Orders and Agreements

  • Customized Contracts: For wholesale or bulk orders, we will provide a specific contract that outlines the exact terms of that transaction.

  • Flexibility: If your circumstances change (such as shipping delays or volume adjustments), we ask that you communicate with us as soon as possible so we can work on a solution together.

4. Shipping and Logistics

  • We work with experienced logistics partners to move our coffee globally. While we manage the complexities of export, we view shipping as a shared journey. We will keep you updated every step of the way and work proactively to resolve any logistical hurdles that may arise.

5. Quality Assurance and Feedback

  • Your satisfaction is essential to our mission of promoting Ugandan coffee.

  • Inspection: We encourage you to inspect your coffee upon arrival.

  • Resolution: If the coffee does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we don’t hide behind fine print. We invite you to contact us immediately so we can discuss a fair resolution, whether through a credit, replacement, or other mutual agreement.

6. Payments

  • We aim for a payment structure that supports the sustainability of our operations and the livelihoods of our farmers. Specific payment timelines and methods will be agreed upon during our initial discussions and clearly stated in your specific invoice or contract.
